Bees Care Ltd was Established in 2017 by Bushra Alam.

“I was a care worker in the Peterborough area for around 15 years, during that time I noticed things that did not sit right with me, I saw how service users missed out on opportunities to improve their quality of life, I experienced the struggle when trying to improve on my knowledge and skills, I could see gaps in services by domiciliary care providers which were easily rectifiable but none would look to make improvements. This is why I decided to open my own domiciliary care service.” Bushra Alam

Many of us arrive at a point in our life when we see our loved ones needing care, support and companionship that we could never have imagined would be needed. Its our duty to do something about this. This sense of duty and desire to serve our community in peterbough, and neighbouring towns, has finally compelled me to follow my dreams and set up my very own care services.

After watching my father move from one state of independence to needing addition and companionship, I was even more determined to contribute to the quality of support and provision in place for vulnerable adults and the elderly, often, the most delicate stages of their lives.
