We wish to take this opportunity to thank you and all your carers and office staff for the caring and very kind persons you all are. Our mother is extremely lucky in having you all caring and looking after her, in every single way possible, from the very early morning call to bedtime call every day of the week. Nothing is too much for your carers!
They are always very kind, considerate and caring to all of my mother’s needs. To the point that if mum looks or feels unwell they contact us so that we are aware.
Mum also feels very safe and cared for with all of the carers and she said she would not know what to do if they were not there! Which me, my sister and brother totally and vehemently agree.
The family thanks to you all so very much from the bottom of our hearts and extremely appreciate all that you do for our mother.
